Robert and Emily,
Thanks for letting me tag along with you to the aikido-L seminar. It
was great to meet and train with many fine folks and to know that our
aikido community should and does extend well beyond the bounds of
Seidokan. I came away with the impression that although we all focus
on different styles via different affiliations, in the end we are all
following the same path--it must be a good one.
I'm still not ready to leap into the aikido-L discussion fray (I'm
just old enough to feel certain resistance to the email mode of
communication). But do give my best to those who were in Boulder (and
pass on this message if you like). Also, keep me posted if there are
other training opportunities with your group, especially those close
to home.
