How do I subscribe?
First, please be warned that Aikido-L is a high traffic e-mail
list. This means that you can expect about 50 messages every day with
some days peaking at about 100 messages.
Manually:
Send a piece of e-mail to listserv@lists.psu.edu
with the following in the body (not the subject) of your
mail:
subscribe Aikido-L Firstname Lastname
So, an example might be:
subscribe Aikido-L John Smith
Or by using this form:
